Outside Catering
It would be our pleasure to assist you in planning your special dinning needs at your own venue, office or home. We pride ourselves in providing our clients with truly unique authentic traditional Thai food, combined with a unique and worry free experience for every catering function. We will gladly create a customized menu for your up and coming event suited entirely to your taste and budget. Patria will work closely with you to ensure that every last detail is perfect. You won’t be surprised when your guests chose us for their next special event.
The following menu is a sample menu for a 50th birthday event in Teddington, which Simply Thai recently hosted for 120 guests @ £10.00 per guest:
Starters
- Traditional Thai chicken satay served with peanut sauce
- Mini vegetarian spring rolls served with sweet chilli sauce
- Minced pork and minced prawns on toast served with sweet chilli sauce.
Main Courses
- Traditional Thai green curry of chicken
- Slices of chicken breast sautéed in garlic, ginger, coriander flavoured with light soy sauce.
- Spicy sweet pork curry in rich coconut cream and
Thai basil
- Egg noodles with assorted fresh vegetable flavoured with light soy sauce
- Dry curry of assorted fresh vegetable in coconut cream (V)
- Steamed Jasmine rice.
Services included, fresh Thai Orchids from Thailand, plates, spoons, serviettes and a surprised special made birth day cake
